Description

• Gather requirements, design solutions, manage projects, and oversee Salesforce enhancements. • Collaborate with stakeholders to document business requirements and improve Salesforce platform. • Develop scalable Salesforce solutions that enhance user experience and optimize workflows. • Lead Salesforce projects from planning to deployment, ensuring timely delivery. • Act as primary contact for projects, managing communication between business and technical teams. • Provide training and support to Salesforce users to maximize adoption and satisfaction. • Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and proactively recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Program Manager, or similar role, with a focus on Salesforce projects. • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Platform App Builder) are highly desirable. • Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies is a plus.
