• We are looking for a Product Owner who will work closely with our team to achieve the NineTwoThree product goals. • The Product Owner position is to work with executing a great product and balancing time/cost/quality tradeoffs. • You must have a sense of ownership and responsibility for the project - caring for the client's needs and even predicting feature requests. • In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a particular product or set of products produced by the company from beginning to end. • Lead the end-to-end execution of client product projects, from prioritization through development, launch, and ongoing optimization. • Collaborate with clients to understand and execute on product vision and plan. • Gather requirements and ensure they are clearly defined, aligned with business goals, and that planned project deliverables meet expectations. • Create and manage a roadmap that reflects the business & technical needs and milestones of clients’ products. • Manage priorities and tradeoffs across stakeholders. • Create thoughtful UX plans and user stories for design and engineering to use in execution. • Coordinate with project manager and the overall team to create functional and non-functional specifications. • Collaborate with tech teams to build comprehensive acceptance criteria, identifying and elevating any need for additional research to define future feature design. • Anticipate and mitigate risks, solve problems, and overcome obstacles to keep projects on track and deliver high-quality results. • Understand ongoing feedback from client to further prioritize the team’s work. • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and proactively address them. • Develop and maintain product documentation, product instructions, user guides, and product metrics as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a product owner • Proven experience with SaaS web and mobile products • Deep understanding of software application development • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills to communicate effectively with customers and project teams • Ability to work independently and with a team in a dynamic project environment • Excellent attention to detail • Experience working in cross-functional team • Good analysis, problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Ability to work in the EST or CST time zone • Demonstrated ability to take charge of a remote team
