📋 Description
• The Compliance Analyst will play a vital role in ensuring the organization adheres to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards. • Manage audit processes, handle compliance-related workflows, and contribute to the company's overall risk management and regulatory compliance initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field OR equivalent work experience • Experience in managing audit processes, compliance workflows, or similar responsibilities • Familiarity with federal banking regulations, including Reg E and Reg Z • Experience with Jira or other workflow management tools is preferred • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and audit principles • Proficient in creating reports, presentations, and process flow documentations • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
