β€’ Research Engineers with 5 or more years of relevant experience β€’ Work on a small talented team performing research on, designing, and implementing novel circuits and systems. β€’ Opportunity to contribute to all areas of IC design, verification, and implementation. β€’ Projects range from designing and refining analog, RF, and mixed-signal circuits with state-of-the-art performance to the implementation of complex direct-RF digital beamforming systems.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Design and optimize high-performance analog, mixed-signal, and RF circuits including DACs/ADCs, PLLs, LNAs, and VGAs. β€’ Work on the end-to-end development of analog circuits, including schematic capture, layout, simulation, and validation. β€’ Collaborate with digital teams to ensure seamless integration between analog and digital subsystems. β€’ Contribute to tape-out efforts, working through post-silicon validation, debugging, and characterization. β€’ Stay up to date with cutting-edge semiconductor process technologies and their impact on analog, mixed-signal, and RF design. β€’ Expertise in designing and simulating high-speed, low-noise analog blocks, including amplifiers, filters, PLLs, and ADC/DAC circuits. β€’ Experience with industry-standard chip design tools: Cadence Virtuoso schematic, layout, and simulation tools. β€’ CMOS or SiGe BiCMOS process experience, including layout best practices for noise-sensitive analog designs. β€’ Integration of analog circuits into SoC environments, including mixed-signal verification. β€’ Understanding of EM modeling, parasitic extraction, and RF interference mitigation. β€’ Familiarity with lab characterization techniques for analog and RF circuits, using tools such as vector network analyzers, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers.
