• We are seeking a seasoned Billing and Accounting Manager to join our clinical research team. • The ideal candidate will be a meticulous and detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of billing processes and financial operations. • This role is essential in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and efficient financial management for our clinical trials. • Key Responsibilities include billing and collections, accounting, process enhancement, and team collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. Relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus. • 3+ years of experience in billing and accounting roles. • Preferred: Strong knowledge of clinical trial contracting, revenue recognition principles, and relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., ICH-GCP). • Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and RealTime clinical trial management system preferred. • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills, with a focus on accuracy in financial operations. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners. • Leadership skills and experience in managing, mentoring or guiding junior team members.
