📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Volunteer Intern - Front End Developer with up to 2 years of real-time experience in front-end development. • This position is ideal for someone who has a foundational understanding of front-end technologies and is looking to further enhance their skills by working on real-world projects. • As part of our team, you will contribute to the development and optimization of user interfaces while gaining deeper insights into industry best practices and advanced development techniques. • Develop and maintain user-facing features using JavaScript and React.js, applying your experience to create responsive and efficient interfaces. • Work closely with designers to translate design specifications into functional and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces. • Expand your knowledge and skills by working on complex, real-world projects under the mentorship of experienced developers. • Assist in optimizing web applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability, applying best practices you’ve acquired through your experience.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • Up to 2 years of real-time experience in front-end development, particularly with JavaScript and React.js. • Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with practical experience in React.js. • Familiarity with modern development tools and processes, such as Git, Webpack, and CI/CD pipelines. • Experience in integrating front-end components with RESTful APIs. • A solid grasp of software development principles and a strong commitment to following best practices. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly. • Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment, collaborating with designers, developers, and other stakeholders. • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality, user-centric solutions. • A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow as a developer, with a willingness to take on challenges.
