• Sales Development Representative role to fuel Nivoda's growth by identifying and nurturing leads. • You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, establishing strong relationships. • The role is crucial in transforming curiosity into opportunity for business growth. • The ideal candidate must be fluent in Russian & proficient in English. • Nivoda is a fast-growing B2B marketplace changing how the global jewellery industry operates.
• Fluent in Russian & proficient in English • A passion for high-growth environments and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in a sales or prospecting role, preferably in a B2B environment. • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. • A collaborative mindset with an eagerness to learn and grow. • Proficiency in CRM software (preferably Hubspot) and a data-driven approach to lead generation. • Experience in the B2B marketplace, tech industry, or luxury goods market (preferred). • Experience in prospecting in the Eastern European region (preferred). • Strong data analytics skills and experience using insights to enhance prospecting strategies (preferred). • Familiarity with sales methodologies and lead qualification frameworks (preferred). • Prior experience in a fast-scaling environment (preferred).
