• 3+ years of product management or business analyst experience • Proven ability to synthesize and prioritize input from diverse sources including users, industry trends, competitive landscape, and internal stakeholders to guide product development. • Demonstrated understanding of various business functions beyond product management, such as sales, support, implementation, and compliance, reflecting a holistic view of product success. • Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the capability to influence both internal teams and external partners effectively. • Experience navigating high levels of ambiguity, with a scrappy, solution-oriented approach that drives team success and delivers customer value. • Experience in HR, Payroll, Card Programs, Fintech is highly desirable. • Familiarity with complex regulatory and operational domains is also beneficial. • Track record of leading substantial, cross-functional product initiatives over multiple quarters that have significantly impacted business growth. • Ability to work creatively in dynamic environments where innovative solutions are needed to address emerging business challenges.
