Why settle for good enough if you can be up to NoGood? • In this role, you’ll manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) for accurate tracking, set up custom tags, and optimize marketing campaigns to drive growth. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll analyze data, forecast goals, and provide actionable reports.

Requirements

• Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics for digital media solutions and tracking. • Strong foundational knowledge in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, DataLayer, and web analytics. • Proficiency in building and managing custom triggers, tags, and variables in GTM. • Conversion optimization experience with Optimizely, Unbounce, and WordPress, with the ability to implement, test, and refine CRO initiatives. • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and communicate clearly on technical implementations. • Analytical skills in data analysis, forecasting, goal setting, and comprehensive report creation. • Familiarity with marketing technology and experience creating presentations for leadership and cross-functional teams. • A collaborative mindset with the ability to act as a partner to both internal and external teams.
