Description
• Customer Services covers technical support, account support, operations, and education. • NW Design & Optimization comprises planning communications networks for customers. • Develops and reviews network-wide design covering performance, spectrum, and capacity.
Requirements
• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or Computer Science or 5+ years equivalent practical work experience. • Experience in MPLS, ISIS, Segment Routing, BGP protocols, LDP and RSVP-TE, and L2/L3 VPNs over MPLS. • Experience in QoS implementation/testing; familiarity with testing tools like Spirent and IXIA. • Expertise troubleshooting, monitoring, and configuring the noted IP networking protocols. • A customer mindset and solid written and verbal communication skills to end-clients. • It would be nice if you also had:• Nokia SRA, Cisco CCIE and/or Juniper JNCIE or equivalent certification. • Nokia products experience (7750SR, 7250 IXR, 7705SAR, 7210SAS, and NSP).
