β’ We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Engineer to join our dynamic team. β’ In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality code, mentor junior engineers, and support the technical direction of our projects. β’ You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and contribute to the overall success of our clients. β’ Key Responsibilities: β’ Technical Leadership: Lead by example through coding excellence, delivering high-quality, maintainable, and scalable software solutions. β’ Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering their growth and development within the team. β’ Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and defect-free delivery of features and products. β’ Continuous Improvement: Actively seek out opportunities to improve both personal skills and team processes, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices. β’ Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, applying your expertise to ensure that our solutions meet the needs of our clients. β’ Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with team members, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding throughout the project lifecycle. β’ Agile Methodology: Participate in and contribute to our Agile (Kanban) processes, ensuring that work is planned, tracked, and delivered efficiently.
β’ Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React, React Native, AWS services, Tailwind CSS, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies. β’ Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions. β’ Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and algorithmic thinking skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues. β’ Growth Mindset: A passion for learning and staying ahead of industry trends, with the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and environments. β’ Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients. β’ Engineering Philosophy: Alignment with Nolteβs engineering values, including simplicity, empathy, and low-maintenance solutions.
