Description

• Lead the team of Business development specialists from all over the world • Assist the Head of Client Relations in creating processes and writing Standard Operating Procedure documents. • Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and cold outreach. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives. • Lead negotiation efforts with clients, addressing concerns, and closing deals. • Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and networking functions to establish and foster relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders • Represent the company professionally, effectively communicate its value proposition, and identify collaboration opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role • Minimum 2 years of experience managing a remote team • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets • Experience working with HNWIs is a plus
