Description

• We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team. • You will play a pivotal role in translating user insights into functional, delightful, and user-friendly experiences. • You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, visual designers, and developers, to design innovative solutions. • Your designs will directly impact millions of Americans by simplifying how healthcare is understood, accessed, and delivered. • You’ll lead complex projects and contribute to our evolving design system. • You'll be tasked with creating intuitive UI mockups, prototypes, and final product designs that elevate user experience and make healthcare accessible to all.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or equivalent work experience in a relevant field. • 3-5 years of proven experience as a Product/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes. • Demonstrated experience in user research and testing, with the ability to translate insights into effective design solutions. • Familiarity with maintaining and evolving design systems is a plus. • Experience in an agile environment, utilizing tools like Jira and Confluence. • Experience maintaining and evolving design systems. • Familiarity with healthcare technology and a passion for solving healthcare challenges. • Ability to be flexible and adapt to fast-moving targets and business needs.
