β€’ Work with the Sales Leadership and Product for GTM team support β€’ Collaborate with Revenue Operations to measure and improve sales performance β€’ Equip the GTM team with world-class resources like battle cards and playbooks β€’ Partner with Sales managers to ramp new sales hires effectively β€’ Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing leaders to democratize knowledge

Requirements

β€’ 6+ years of relevant sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota β€’ 3+ years in sales and sales effectiveness roles is required β€’ Strong preference for experience in a fast-growing SaaS startup environment β€’ Deep understanding of sales plays, processes, and methodologies β€’ Strong project management skills, able to hit milestones and drive results β€’ Familiarity with Sales tech stack and tools like Outreach, Salesloft, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Apollo β€’ Experience with change management and a passion for helping others succeed in sales β€’ Engaging and capable of delivering inspirational training sessions and hosting events β€’ Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners and engage with Senior Leadership
