• We are here to create great healthcare products. • Nordhealth’s mission is to build software that improves the daily lives of healthcare professionals. • The Engineering Team Lead will provide leadership, direction, and support to a team of engineers. • This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. • You will be building the industry-leading finances features of our Provet Cloud healthcare product. • The Engineering Team Lead will also manage the day-to-day activities of the engineering team.

Requirements

• Have a proven track record of a similar role, ideally, in the area of finance. • Can improve team time spent on new development, decreasing the time needed for bug fixing and maintenance. • Can improve/reduce number of bugs per deployment/change. • Can keep high unit tests coverage. • Can improve the efficiency and productivity of the team. • Are familiar and comfortable with the requirements of working in a remote environment and leading a remote team. • Are fluent in English and can effectively communicate and lead an international team. • Knowledge and experience in finance area will be a plus.
