• Join our mission to redefine digital healthcare • Build software that improves the daily lives of healthcare professionals • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of backend and frontend engineers • Collaborate closely with a Product Manager, Designer, and QA Specialists to ensure well-planned, high-quality developments that meet customer needs • Ensure smooth collaboration between your team and domain teams to deliver well-integrated solutions • Drive estimation accuracy and ensure commitments are met within deadlines • Foster a strong engineering culture, improving team performance and technical capabilities • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, keeping them informed on progress, challenges, and outcomes
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience leading engineering teams, with strong leadership and mentoring skills • Solid background in backend (Python, Django) development • Experience working with SQL databases (MySQL) and cloud-hosted systems • Strong project management skills including estimation, planning, and execution • Ability to balance technical and business priorities in a fast-paced environment • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset in removing blockers • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and DevOps best practices (Nice to Have) • Experience working with Enterprise clients and understanding their unique requirements (Nice to Have) • Experience in frontend (Vue.js 3) development (Nice to Have)
