Requirements
• 5+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, or related roles, with 2+ years in leadership, preferably in a SaaS environment. • Demonstrated success in building and scaling operational processes within a product team. • A collaborative leader who fosters trust, encourages diverse ideas, and supports personal and professional growth within their team. • Strong skills in data analysis and process management, with experience in tools like Jira, Confluence, and Trello. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships across departments. • Experience in veterinary practices, healthcare, or similar industries is a plus, but a passion for making a positive impact is essential.
