Description

• Provide consulting services to clients on healthcare enabling technology related projects. • Ensure smooth implementation of organizational changes. • Develop and oversee change management plans and monitor their effectiveness. • Identify areas of organizational change and conduct impact analyses. • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to integrate change management activities. • Facilitate training sessions and develop training materials for employees.

Requirements

• BSc degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. • 5+ years of proven work experience as a Change Management Analyst or similar role. • PROSCI certification an asset. • Experience with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle. • Experience with change management principles, methodologies, and tools. • Familiarity with IT Service Management and ITIL frameworks. • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
