📋 Description
• Supervise and offer technical support during commissioning and maintenance of IMI valves. • Interfacing between IMI and the customer to ensure field activities are carried out with maximum safety, in compliance with quality standards and delivered on time. • Coordinate IMI service teams or external personnel. • Prepare and submit service reports and documentation required by the customer during service activities. • Provide technical assistance to the customer.
🎯 Requirements
• Engineering Degree or Technical/Industrial High School Diploma • Excellent knowledge of Italian and English both written and spoken • Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and hydraulic diagrams • Ability to communicate effectively with customers • Operational flexibility to carry out frequent services at short notice • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment • Demonstrable positive attitude and ability to work calmly under pressure • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and gain respect of internal and external customers • Preferential requirement is to have experience in supervising/executing mechanical and/or hydraulic maintenance at refineries or complex industrial entities
