• Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden bei der Planung, Konzeptionierung und Administration ihrer Security-Infrastruktur mit Technologien wie (Next Generation) Firewalls und Web Application Firewalls • Unterstützung unserer Fachteams im 2nd- und 3rd-Level und unserer Betriebsteams bei der Administration der Kundensysteme und Setups • Kontinuierliches Anheben des Sicherheitsniveaus durch Analyse und Verbesserung der bestehenden Systemlandschaft • Nachhaltige Behebung und Lösung von Störungen und Problemen • Planung und Durchführung von Standard-Changes gemäß ITIL • Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an Rufbereitschaftsdiensten
🎯 Requirements
• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene, fachspezifische Berufsausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium im Fachbereich Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation • Sicherer Umgang der Firewall- (Security-) Technologien von Palo Alto und/oder Fortinet • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen VPN, Authentifizierung, Verschlüsselung sowie dynamische Routing Protokolle • Linux Kenntnisse (sicherer Umgang der Kommandozeile und von Skriptsprachen) • Hands-On Mentalität sowie Einsatz- und Lernbereitschaft hinsichtlich technologischer Entwicklungen • Starke analytische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten insbesondere bei der Identifizierung und Minderung von Sicherheitsrisiken nach ITIL • Erfahrung in der Automatisierung verschiedener Themen wie z.B. Patchmanagement • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
