Description

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to product usage, product issues, user behavior, and market trends. • Monitor and evaluate product performance metrics, such as adoption rates, user engagement, conversion rates, and revenue generation. • Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability tests. • Conduct comprehensive analysis of competitor products and market trends. • Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to effectively communicate key findings. • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, designers, and other internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field or related experience. • Advanced degrees or certifications in data analysis or business analytics are a plus. • 2+ years as a Product Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry. • Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar. • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. • Knowledge of Card Brand Enhancements is strongly preferred. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets and identify actionable recommendations. • Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and experimental design principles. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets, ensuring accuracy and data integrity. • Knowledge of financial technologies, including payments, digital banking, investment platforms, or similar domains. • Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and agile environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
