Description
• Identify and investigate inconsistent transactions with Card Issuing Banks, consumers, merchants, and all relevant parties. • Monitor merchant chargeback activity. • Daily communication with merchants being audited. • Potential to speak to agents and merchant customers to complete a merchant audit to identify liabilities. • Make decisions regarding merchant payments and reserve requirements. • Consult with appropriate law enforcement agencies when required. • Learn and maintain a basic understanding of card brand regulations. • Communicate to merchants account restrictions and cancellations. • Utilize Internet tools to gather information useful in determining account risk. • Other related duties assigned by management.
Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent • Investigative skills • Independent, self-motivated and conscientious • Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills • Computer literate in a variety of applications • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
