📋 Description
• Responsible for the full recruitment cycle of Outside Sales Representatives. • Develop and implement recruitment strategies for high-volume sales roles. • Proactively identify and engage potential candidates. • Conduct thorough screenings and competency-based interviews. • Craft compelling and market-relevant job postings. • Guide hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. • Maintain positive relationships with candidates. • Collaborate with HR and business leaders for employment offers. • Maintain accurate candidate data within the ATS. • Participate in career fairs and industry events.
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in corporate or agency recruiting. • Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. • Proven experience in high-volume sales recruitment and strategy development. • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred). • Strong ability to engage passive candidates and generate referrals. • Excellent time management and prioritization skills. • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
