• Over 8 years of experience in compliance or information security roles • Strong expertise in managing information security programs and risk management • Professional certifications in security management like CISSP, CISM, or CISA • Proficient in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards • Demonstrates an agile and positive approach to managing shifting priorities • Deep understanding of security risks and industry trends • Proven experience in developing and implementing information security policies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to creatively problem solve • Ability to manage and develop a team • Skilled in maintaining relationships across functional areas • Genuine interest in advancing financial inclusion for underserved consumers
