📋 Description

• Analyze complex datasets using advanced statistical and machine learning methods to uncover insights and trends. • Design and develop robust BI dashboards and reports to visualize data and support business objectives. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and ensure data solutions align with business goals. • Build predictive models and algorithms to forecast trends and optimize business performance. • Create and maintain ETL pipelines to ensure data is clean, accurate, and ready for analysis. • Utilize BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to transform raw data into visually compelling and interactive dashboards. • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical audiences, including senior leadership. • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies and solutions. • Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in data science and BI. • Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards. • Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Secret clearance required! • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in data science and business intelligence roles. • Proven experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. • Hands-on experience with data analysis and predictive modeling. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL. • Expertise in data visualization and storytelling. • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). • Strong knowledge of database systems, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts. • Solid understanding of statistical and machine learning techniques. • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
