Description

• Conducts financial analyses to support global Supply Chain decision-making. • Collaborates with Supply Chain, Operations, IT, Finance, and Quality leaders to develop strategic plans, forecasts, and results. • Analyzes and reports supplier performance, creating KPI reports, managing SAT and Supplier Scorecards, identifying improvement opportunities. • Develops and maintains financial and operational models to guide decisions and track performance against expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or Supply Chain Management. • Proficient in Excel VBA, Microsoft Office, Oracle, Power BI, SQL, and other analytical tools. • Familiar with key supply chain metrics and processes (e.g., Supplier Scorecard, PPV & PPI, Inflation/Deflation, OTD, DIO, DPPM etc.). • Basic understanding of compliance requirements (Conflict Minerals, REACH, RoHS, TSCA, CA Prop 65). • At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a center-led supply chain function within a global manufacturing organization. • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a drive to understand financial metric discrepancies. • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines. • Effective collaboration and business partnering skills, supporting both supply chain and other functions. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Solid knowledge of data, databases, and data manipulation techniques.
