Description

• Lead and mentor a team of developers in all aspects of web development, from design and architecture to implementation and testing. • Design and implement modular architectures that promote maintainability, scalability, and testability. • Apply best practices in UI/UX design to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. • Define and implement unit tests, automated tests, e2e test, and behavior tests to ensure code quality and reliability. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Collaborate with QA teams to implement and improve testing processes and ensure the overall quality of the frontend codebase. • Participate in code reviews to provide constructive feedback and ensure code quality standards are met. • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field • Proven experience as a Frontend Engineer with a focus on React development and Tailwind CSS • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design patterns • In-depth understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices • Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code • Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress, Playwright, Selenium.) • Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git • Solid understanding of frontend builds tools and package managers
