Description
•Lead and mentor a team of developers in all aspects of web development, from design and architecture to implementation and testing. •Design and implement modular architectures that promote maintainability, scalability, and testability. •Apply best practices in UI/UX design to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. •Define and implement unit tests, automated tests, e2e test, and behavior tests to ensure code quality and reliability. •Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. •Collaborate with QA teams to implement and improve testing processes and ensure the overall quality of the frontend codebase. •Participate in code reviews to provide constructive feedback and ensure code quality standards are met. •Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance. •Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. •Proven experience as a Frontend Engineer with a focus on React development and Tailwind CSS. •Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design patterns. •In-depth understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices. •Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. •Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress, Playwright, Selenium.) •Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git. •Solid understanding of frontend builds tools and package managers.
