Description

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and advocacy. • Maximize adoption rates by supporting successful implementation and usage of our platform. • Assist in the development and execution of cross-sell and up-sell campaigns. • Oversee Customer Advisory Board to cultivate engagement at the executive level.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Customer Marketing experience supporting customer marketing campaigns and advocacy initiatives. • Strong aptitude for collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Marketing. • Strong writing and communication skills for engaging customer communications. • Experience in cybersecurity and solid understanding of B2B marketing. • Revenue-driven mindset. • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent business discipline.
