📋 Description

• Lead the seamless execution of customer engagements, ensuring project delivery. • Manage multiple implementations concurrently while maintaining customer satisfaction. • Identify and manage potential project risks and roadblocks. • Provide consistent status reporting for all stakeholders. • Conduct project cadence calls with customers or partners as necessary. • Coordinate customer trainings and support related questions or challenges. • Contribute to internal process enhancements aligned with company objectives. • Monitor project KPIs, generate insights, and provide data-driven recommendations.
