Description
• Individual contributor converting customer data to a new software solution • Coordinating data extraction from various databases for importing and/or conversion • Understanding customers' needs and setting expectations • Managing multiple concurrent projects • Presenting Change Orders to the customer
Requirements
• 2-3 years' experience with Raiser’s Edge • 2-3 years’ experience in SQL or Microsoft SQL Server • 1-2 years' experience with Non-profit Sector • Strong skillset with Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLookups, Macros) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated success with time management and problem solving
