Description

• Collaborate with Data Engineers/Scientists to design and develop researcher-facing web applications. • Deploy and manage web applications hosted on-premises. • Prioritize versioning, documentation, and testing of web applications. • Understand modern web-frameworks (React) to build clean, reusable user interface components. • Establish and achieve clear objectives, while proactively working towards stretch goals.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled as a full-time student in a Bachelor's, Master's or PhD degree program, or graduated in the past 12 months from an accredited institution. • Must have a minimum of a 3.0 cumulative grade point average. • Experience programming in React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL. • Experience deploying production web applications. • Experience with Git and automated workflows/deployments. • Ability to use independent judgment to manage and prioritize a diverse workload and complete assignments. • Demonstrated ability to work proactively and take initiative as needed in non-routine situations. • Experience with Postgres or similar transactional databases (preferred). • Experience with Network File Systems (preferred). • Experience with Kubernetes and Docker (preferred). • Familiarity with LDAP (preferred).
