• Guide projects from conceptualization to the final stages of UI/UX design, ensuring that each product meets the high standards of quality and innovation that VanguardCX is known for. • Play a pivotal role in our UI/UX Audit service, analyzing existing client products to identify areas for improvement. • Collaborate closely with designers, guiding the design process with a keen understanding of modern UI/UX principles. • Embrace a growth mindset, continuously seeking new ways to enhance our services and deliver exceptional value to our clients.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven track record in managing UI/UX design projects. • Strong knowledge in UI/UX design and UX research. • Proficient in Figma, with the ability to guide and review design work within the platform. • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills. • Capable of skillfully conducting UI/UX audits and adept at offering practical, impactful recommendations. • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools. • A degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
