📋 Description
• Trabajar con grandes volúmenes de datos para limpiarlos, prepararlos y analizarlos. • Implementar algoritmos de aprendizaje automático y entrenar modelos a gran escala. • Monitorear y mantener modelos de aprendizaje automático en producción. • Colaborar con otros ingenieros, científicos de datos, gerentes de productos y directivos de otras áreas. • Presentar y comunicar conceptos técnicos a partes interesadas no técnicas.
🎯 Requirements
• Conocimientos sólidos en desarrollo con Python • Experiencia en limpieza de datos y features engineering en grandes volúmenes • Conocimientos sólidos en Machine Learning incluyendo aprendizaje supervisado y no supervisado, con experiencia profesional • Experiencia en construcción de pipelines y orquestación de procesos • Experiencia en monitoreo y mejora de soluciones de ML legacy • Experiencia en el desarrollo de endpoints para la exposición de modelos • Conocimiento de modelos NLP y LLM • Experiencia en el uso de servicios en la nube • Experiencia en el manejo de BD relacionales y no estructuradas • Excelentes habilidades interpersonales, tanto verbales como escritas • Fuertes habilidades organizativas, de gestión del tiempo y multitarea • Inglés técnico • Experiencia en puesta en producción de modelos de Machine Learning dockerizados (deseable) • Experiencia previa en Airflow (deseable) • Experiencia previa en Microsoft Azure: VMs, Azure Functions, Servicios (deseable) • Experiencia con adquisición y gestión de datos basada en API (deseable) • Experiencia en ML Ops (deseable) • Experiencia en NLP, LLM y Langchain (deseable) • Inglés conversacional (deseable) • Portugues conversacional (deseable)
