Description
• Responsible for providing fractional CTO services focused on AI to startups. • Engage with startup ecosystem in the Toronto-Waterloo corridor. • Potential for transitioning to a full-time CTO role in different startups.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. • Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI-focused projects, including but not limited to Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, etc. • Experience leading or managing technical teams in AI-centric startups. • Demonstrable experience with AI/ML models development, deployment, and management. • Expertise in AI project scoping, cost estimation, and product road mapping. • Deep understanding of AI/ML algorithms and software architecture design patterns. • Proficiency in AI-focused development and deployment in cloud infrastructure. • Familiarity with Agile Project Management and Lean Startup methodologies within the context of AI projects. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
