📋 Description
• We are looking for a Junior Data Scientist to join our growing team. • This role will be located in Poland, will be fully remote and could be full time (Monday – Friday) or willing to consider part time options (3 days a week). • You will take full responsibility for the existing Semantic Models used by NuBreed Hotels and a number of precise PowerBI reports. • Your role will focus on enhancing the current data model accordingly to business requirements received from the other team members. • We want to continue making a good and practical use of our constantly growing data sets in order to optimize sales, revenues and ramp up a number of company’s top priority KPIs.
🎯 Requirements
• B2/C1 level English • STEM degree from a good university, plus post-graduate studies • PowerBI semantic models build and reports development • Good experience with SQL relational databases • Understanding of CI/CD pipeline and GIT version control • Any other development skills – C#.NET, Akka .NET, Dokker, ReactJS (desirable) • Azure Cloud expertise (desirable) • A common basic knowledge of Hospitality industry (desirable) • Semantic Models – architecture, build, use, enhancement, optimization • DAX – ability to build complex calculations • SQL and ETL – ability to work with relational databases, prepare and transform data for consumption by Semantic Models • Analytical thinking – requirements gathering, analysis, reports design – backend and frontend part • Any knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, AI search, Machine Learning, Big Data is beneficial
