• Leverage internal tools (CRM, listening tools, etc.) to generate leads. • Craft unique outbound communication to acquire and onboard Influencers. • Schedule and lead phone/video calls with Influencers. • Follow up with leads and maintain communication. • Articulate the Influencers onboarding journey and guide them. • Hold strategy sessions to coach Influencers on account setup. • Collaborate with Campaigns team and recommend Influencers for brand campaigns. • Transition between Influencers and Account Managers seamlessly. • Troubleshoot Influencer issues, escalating when necessary. • Communicate Mavely’s sales pitch and value propositions. • Conduct competitive research and share findings. • Stay updated with industry and Influencer trends. • Identify partnership opportunities for Mavely. • Attend industry events and trade shows. • Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred. • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a sales role. • Background and understanding in influencer or affiliate marketing. • Knowledgeable about the affiliate marketing space preferred. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to build client rapport. • Strong understanding of social media. • Experience working in a CRM (HubSpot preferred). • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. • Knowledge of company policy, goals, and standards. • Ability to assume responsibility and exercise good judgment. • Strong sales and people skills. • Positive attitude and growth mindset. • Data-driven and analytical approach. • Effective communicator internally and externally. • Ability to perform the job safely and with respect for others. • Team player with a positive attitude. • Hard-working and self-motivated. • Resilient and organized. • Willingness to learn and open to coaching.
