🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, analytics or similar discipline. • 4+ years of experience in digital advertising & marketing analytics tracking, implementation, and reporting. • Digital Advertising Agency experience preferred, having implemented tracking for and analyzed channels such as Display, Social, Video, Paid Search, Influencer, Audio, TV, etc. • Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills. • Experience working in/for a DTC eCommerce company is a plus • A strong understanding of differences between campaign KPIs, marketing channel KPIs, and attribution methodologies. • Experience implementing cross-channel campaign naming conventions, utm parameters, media channel tracking pixels and conversion events. • Fluent in discussing key marketing KPIs (CPA/CAC, CPM, CPC, CTR, etc). • Excellent organization skills, project and time management, communication, and presentation skills with proven attention to detail. • Comfortable with Tableau or other similar data visualization software. • Experience with Web Analytics packages (ie Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and marketing platforms (ie TradeDesk, Google CM360, Facebook Ads Manager). • Ability to query databases using SQL is a plus. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail. • Ability to learn new technologies and data analysis techniques quickly.
