📋 Description

• NV5 owner representatives act as dedicated advocates, alleviating project complexities and mitigating risks effectively. • Utilizing latest project controls and project management software, NV5 owner representatives plan and monitor project performance. • Serve as an owner’s representative providing field inspections, construction quality assurance, oversight of electrical testing and commissioning activities. • Tasks include completion of checklists, adherence to established processes, identification of code compliance issues, and documentation as punch list items. • Participate in internal weekly program syncs and work closely with Project Managers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field. • 5+ years of field electrical maintenance experience within engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of commercial projects or similar. • Ability to identify onsite deficiencies and energization blockers. • Can recommend resolution and identify root cause. • Experience working with NETA qualified testing vendors, ability to assess pass/fail of test results. • Proficient with Medium Voltage infrastructure including functional testing of relays. • Ability to work in small teams and coordinate onsite activities during outages (for preventative maintenance or power upgrades). • Experience developing and conveying findings to public or private entities. • Proficiency with Microsoft programs including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, Adobe / Bluebeam and Smartsheet. • Must have excellent communication skills.
