📋 Description
• Conduct assessments and provide counseling services to patients • Develop treatment plans in collaboration with patients • Provide crisis management services as needed • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress • Collaborate and communicate with other healthcare professionals as part of patient care
🎯 Requirements
• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LICSW, LCSW, LMCH, LMFT) in WA or OR • Master's degree in a mental health-related field • Knowledge and experience in a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients • Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage a full caseload • Computer with webcam and audio and a strong Internet connection
