Description

• Responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. • Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, analyze their financial and operational data, and design EPM solutions that align with their strategic objectives. • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design Oracle EPM solutions to meet their needs. • Conduct detailed analysis of financial and operational data to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. • Configure, customize, and implement one or more of the following Oracle EPM applications, including Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Financial Close Management (FCM), Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS, PBCS) and other related modules. • Provide expertise in data integration, data mapping, and data validation between EPM applications and external systems. • Develop and deliver training sessions to clients to ensure effective utilization of Oracle EPM solutions. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle EPM applications, and provide ongoing support to clients post-implementation. • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle EPM product updates and industry trends to provide best-in-class solutions to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience implementing one or more of the following Oracle EPM solutions, including Hyperion Planning, HFM, FCM, E/PBCS, FCCS, and other related modules. • Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, financial reporting, and consolidation. • Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud and on-premises implementations. • Strong technical skills in Oracle EPM applications, including configuration, customization, and integration. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients and internal teams. • Oracle EPM certifications, such as Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist or Oracle Certified Cloud Implementation Specialist, are a plus.
