• Develop and implement the strategic vision for IAM within the organization, aligning it with our Zero Trust architecture. • Lead the design, deployment, and management of IAM solutions. • Ensure that IAM practices align with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies. • Share IAM strategies and initiatives with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field or equivalent experience. • 10 or more years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on Identity & Access Management. • 4+ years of leadership experience. • Demonstrated ability in implementing and leading IAM solutions in a large, complex organization. • In-depth understanding of Zero Trust principles and how they apply to IAM. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Strong social skills and ability to collaborate effectively .
