Description
•Drive streamlined operations within the Professional Services team. •Create and negotiate Scope of Work documents with clients. •Operate Nvidia operational systems for information updates and searches. •Support local and global deployment teams.
Requirements
•Experience in drafting, negotiating, and processing Professional Services SoW Documents. •Understanding Legal terms and conditions and experience with 3rd-party contractors' negotiation. •Degree in Operations or Business Management, or equivalent experience •Ability to drive process improvement initiatives across the Operations organization. •Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (native English speaker) •Demonstrates integrity and a strong sense of responsibility. •Has outstanding communication skills and attention to detail. •Proven experience (3+ years) in professional services organizations or active involvement in operations activities. •Strong analytical skills that allow for creative methods to achieve results and solve problems •Quick learner and highly adaptable to changes •MS Office, specifically advanced Excel and Outlook skills
