Description
• Lead the design of digital products, including mobile apps and web-based platforms, from concept to delivery • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve the user experience • Design immersive AI-powered learning experiences that develop essential Power Skills in children through engaging games and simulations • Work closely with AI developers to integrate AI teammates, coaches, and opponents into our games, creating dynamic and personalized user experiences
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer and a wealth of experience in the design field • A problem-solver mindset with strong user empathy • Comfort with running user research and talking directly to users • Expertise in both building UI components and UX • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision, Axure, or Principle • Comfort in building user flows and customer journey maps • Experience working in a startup environment or a fast-paced industry • Passion for preparing our kids for an unpredictable future :)
