Description
• Assist the HR Manager in day-to-day HR duties and tasks • Involved in the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring process • Learn advanced screening and research methods • Canvas Spanish-speaking University portals to register and post openings • Document human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records • Opportunity to learn and participate in various aspects of human resources management
Requirements
• You are a current student majoring in human resources or business • You are a Spanish native • You are available at least 15 hours a week and have a flexible schedule • You have excellent writing/communication skills in English • You are thorough, trustworthy, and give attention to detail • You have a strong desire to pursue a career in the human resources field or similar field • You have outstanding customer service skills • Academic credit or school agreement is mandatory • You are able to work remotely
