Description

•Understand the structure of New York Habitat's Product Management department •Learn how to create listings in New York, London, Paris, and the South of France •Writing promotional apartment descriptions and learning to advertise •Maintaining and updating the database of apartment listings •Handling phone requests and connecting international customers with agents •Assist the team in communicating changes with owners •Receive training from real estate instructors •Participate in classes regarding the organization and current laws •Learn to communicate with owners and clients on an international level •Hands-on training and receive a manual and videos for database use •Learn to write daily and weekly reports for progress assessment

Requirements

•Currently a student with a major in business, real estate or tourism •Able to start as soon as possible and available on the weekend (2 weekend days per month) •Exceptional communication and writing skills •Knowledge of French is a huge plus •International experience is a plus •Must be documented (Work Permit/OPT)
