Description
• Contribute ideas and talents toward handling challenges in real estate • Research Department of Building complaints • Review condominium by-laws and declarations • Learn about New York Real Estate laws • Assist Legal Compliance Department • Research and verify official documentation • Handle customer service complaints • Manage listing agents' calendar and plan visits
Requirements
• Current student in paralegal studies, real estate, or related field • Detail-oriented • Excellent writing/communication skills in English • Dependable, punctual, and dedicated • Computer savvy • Available for a minimum of 3 months at 15h/week • Available between 9am-6pm New York time • Able to work remotely
