Description
• Learn to research Department of Building complaints • Review condominium by-laws and declarations • Research public information on ACRIS • Work closely with Legal Compliance Department • Acquire basic knowledge of New York Real Estate laws • Manage calendars and plan visits for apartments • Handle general customer service complaints • Communicate with current apartment owners for legal paperwork
Requirements
• Current student in paralegal studies, real estate, or related field • Detail-oriented • Excellent writing/communication skills in English • Dependable, punctual, and dedicated • Computer savvy • Available for a minimum of 3 months at 15h/week • Available between 9am-6pm New York time • Able to work remotely
