• o2h Discovery seeks a Business Development Manager to expand its presence in Australia. • Lead expansion efforts and develop relationships with biotech and pharma companies. • Engage with collaborators to identify new business opportunities and market trends. • Develop comprehensive strategies for business pipeline growth and stakeholder collaboration. • Represent o2h at industry events, trade shows, and networking events. • Prepare business case studies and present to management for decision-making.
• Relevant years of experience in CRO/FTE/Pharma industry with proven track record in business development. • Clear understanding of BD principles, strategy, and design. • Experience in managing RFI/RFP/RFQ and collaborators visits. • Passion for marketing and investment, open to continuous learning and education. • Strong knowledge of marketing software tools such as Hubspot, Google Analytics, SEMRush. • Creative thinking to spot new customers and growth opportunities. • Ability to troubleshoot problems and keep commitments/timelines. • Highly organised with ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment. • Ability to work in a team in a transparent and entrepreneurial culture. • Self-motivated with initiative to reach challenging targets. • Outstanding business writing and proofreading skills. • Exceptional attention to detail. • Positivity, focus, and a winning mentality allied with kindness. • Curiosity, energy, creativity, and bravery with strong desire to help build o2h culture.
