📋 Description
• Founded in 2012, Obilet.com is a leading travel and tourism platform offering comprehensive services, including bus, flight, and ferry ticketing, along with hotel bookings and car rentals. • Obilet is expanding internationally to become one of the largest global players in the travel tech industry. • We are looking for a "Jr. Product Manager" for our Technology Team. • Leading business analysis process for new product features, ensuring all backlog items are thoroughly analyzed & developed accordingly. • Development of metrics/goals and reporting out weekly/monthly progress according to KPIs. • Collaboration & communication with internal stakeholders for determining & prioritizing product roadmap & strategy. • Carrying out necessary communication & negotiations with external product stakeholders. • Contributing to the UI/UX design and software development processes, and leading the UAT process during SDLC as the product owner. • Coming up with new product-related ideas in order to maximize growth.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Management or Statistics or quantitative Social Sciences or related field of studies • Long-Term Internship or 1-2 years of experience in Product Manager, Project Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst positions • Proficiency in the English language • Strong communication skills, ability to build fruitful relations with both external and internal stakeholders • Analytical, hands-on, detail-oriented personality with a big picture perspective • Open to search, learn and use new technologies • Google Analytics experience is a plus • Jira-Confluence experience is a plus • Travel sector related experience is a plus • Startup/e-commerce experience is a plus
