📋 Description
•Lead business and system analysis for web and mobile-based enterprise applications, ensuring successful integration with other systems and managing large technical and business changes. •Conduct user experience design, including screen flow and task flow, and create detailed functional and non-functional specifications for enterprise applications. •Translate business requirements into technical specifications for enterprise portals and applications. •Perform usability evaluations, including heuristic reviews, expert reviews, and usability testing, for enterprise applications and portals. •Analyze and map regulatory compliance workflows for government, public sector, financial institutions, insurance holdings, or other regulated industries. •Configure the AMANDA Enterprise application with a focus on AMANDA 7, ensuring alignment with business processes. •Facilitate stakeholder interviews and meetings to gather usability requirements and perform business and systems requirements analysis. •Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to create UI specifications, user stories, and detailed screen designs for enterprise solutions.
🎯 Requirements
•12+ years of recent, relevant experience performing business and system analysis and user experience design for web and mobile-based enterprise applications, including integration with other systems. •8+ years of recent, relevant experience in UI design (screen flow and task flow), functional and non-functional specification writing, and usability requirements documentation for enterprise web and mobile applications. •5+ years of recent experience transforming business requirements into technical specifications for enterprise applications and portals. •3+ years of recent experience performing usability evaluations (heuristic review, expert review, usability testing) for enterprise applications and portals. •3+ years of experience analyzing and mapping workflows in highly regulated environments (government, public sector, financial institutions, insurance holdings, etc.). •3+ years of experience configuring the AMANDA Enterprise application, including at least one year of experience with the AMANDA 7 version. (Mandatory) •Proven experience leading 3 or more projects involving business and systems requirements analysis, including functional/non-functional requirements, UI specifications, and user stories. •Demonstrated experience in gathering usability requirements and conducting UX design for enterprise applications and portals in 3 or more projects. •Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interview stakeholders and facilitate discussions at all organizational levels. •Proficiency with wireframing and prototyping tools for UI/UX design.
