Description
• Identify, interpret, and translate operational needs for data teams • Serve as a subject matter expert and liaison between operational areas and data analytics teams • Analyze data and outline opportunities using analytical techniques • Support project lifecycle contributions and maintains professional competency. • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required • 5 years of experience in healthcare IT or related field required • Preferred: 7 years of experience in healthcare IT or related field • Certification in an Epic Application upon hire required • Preferred: Certification in Project Management • Proficiency in SQL, R, Python preferred • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint • Analytical skills and knowledge of data processes
